I started out with blinking HTML in the ’90s, grew through UX design and software engineering at Swisscom, and today I drive UX forward strategically and systemically across the entire Migros Group. My journey through the digital product world has been shaped by curiosity, depth, and a strong user focus. With a MAS in Human-Centered Interaction Design and broad professional experience, I navigate confidently between leadership, UX/UI design, research, and agile development.

As a Product Design Lead, I currently lead a design system team in a complex enterprise environment, scale cross-brand UX/UI standards, take on product owner responsibilities, and coach UX talent. I think in systems, work iteratively, and bridge design and technology with a clear goal: to create digital products that work – for people and for business.
